How do I install it on my phone?
Open your account link in Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android). On iPhone, tap Share → Add to Home Screen — Apple never prompts for this automatically. On Android, an Install button appears at the bottom of the screen. Once installed, it opens fullscreen and works offline.
My child's progress isn't showing up in my report
Results sync automatically when the device has a signal — if your child was somewhere without reception, it'll send itself the next time the app opens. If it's been more than a day, email us and we'll check on our end.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?

How do I delete my family's data?

My child found a question that seems wrong
There's a "Something wrong with this question?" link right under the explanation after answering — that's the fastest way to flag it, and it's reviewed by a person, not just removed automatically. You're also welcome to email us directly.
Which courses are actually available right now?
Check the course list on the homepage — it only ever lists what's actually built and live, not what's planned.
